Michael J. Fleischer, the President of Ecco Agency, Inc., is a second-generation insurance professional and has been in the insurance industry for over forty years. Throughout his career, Michael has worked in many facets of the insurance industry, Wholesale, Retail, MGA, and Carrier. Ecco Agency, Inc. is a boutique insurance firm with a reputation of being extremely knowledgeable of the products that they sell and utilizing a creative approach to write complicated accounts.  

Michael Fleischer is also the President of Flexible Agency Inc, a wholesale insurance firm. Prior to restarting Flexible Agency, Inc. in 2003, Michael Fleischer ran a successful Wholesale and Excess & Surplus Lines brokerage for nearly twelve (12) years, which he sold 1999 to dedicate his energies to start a Managing General Agency.

Michael, utilizing his entrepreneurial spirit, extensive industry contacts, and market knowledge purchased Ecco Agency, Inc. as a retail insurance firm to complement the wholesale insurance products offered by Flexible Agency, Inc.. Mike, being part of the respected Fleischer family insurance dynasty, tapped into his networks, friendships, and relationships that, in many cases go back decades and relaunched Ecco Agency, Inc. as a boutique General Agency and quickly gained a reputation for product knowledge and being able to make difficult placements due to his creativity and expertise.
